As both a brewery and a roastery, our signature house blend is named after the place it was conceived. Comprised of wonderfully-sweet coffees from the Americas and Africa, it presents with stone fruit sweetness gently-balanced by hints of walnut and caramel. Our flagship dark roast. A smoky, earthy, take-no-prisoners version of our signature blend that still finds room to offer plenty of sweetness. Excellent when paired with dairy. PORCH SWING SEASONAL Process: Washed and Natural Origin: Peru, Brazil, Ethiopia Roast Level: Medium Notes: Peach jam, cashew, milk chocolate, cardamom and lime zest Our Porch Swing Seasonal returns, offering a perfect complement for the delightful days of spring and summer! Drawing from the verdant terrains of Peru, Brazil, and the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, it inspires notes of peach jam, cashew, cardamom, milk chocolate and lime zest. Crafted to perfection, this medium roast calls to mind to the nostalgia of a front porch swing on a lazy summer afternoon. Our decaffeinated coffee has been meticulously crafted for the perfect balance of caffeine-free enjoyment and unbeatable taste. Roasted to perfection with the Swiss Water Process―a chemical-free approach―it features deep notes of molasses and red grapes, culminating in a rich and complex sweetness with a perfect balance of acidity. Experience History in a Cup! The original Arabian Mokha Java blend dates back to the 1700's where the combination of coffees from the areas of Yemen and Java comprised the world's first-known coffee blend.  We continue that tradition today in Fossil Fuel™ with a slightly modern take on that historical union by using naturally processed coffees from Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea. These coffees mount a complex, wild, yet timeless cup that serves as a looking glass to the beginnings of modern coffee culture. We're proud of this collaboration between the Field Museum and Two Brothers Coffee Roasters. With a medium body and low acidity, our flagship cold brew blend offers a clean profile accented with milk chocolate, stone fruit and pecan. If you want to try it in brewed form, we brew it weekly at our brewery in Warrenville, IL and keg it for businesses, cafes and restaurants in the greater Chicagoland area. 

Up from the murky depths comes the Leviathan, our cold brew blend with the heaviest body and lowest acidity. Gargantuan notes of dark, bittersweet chocolate fuse with caramelized sugar to create a complex, rich cold brew you will return to again and again. Often times, people who choose to drink decaffeinated coffees are given a single option. We weren't satisfied with that. In the spirit of ingenuity and creativity, our head roaster cultivated a variation on our much-beloved Decaf Brewhouse. We are proud to introduce Radiance Decaf. This decaffeinated coffee uses the same Swiss Water Process (a chemical-free approach) but is a lighter, more medium roast. Radiance Decaf reveals notes of chocolate ganache, vanilla extract, black cherry, caramel with a hint of salted butter. Greet the day with Radiance. Each coffee bag purchased allows them to keep adults with autism employed at their facility. Their son, Jack, had been diagnosed with autism at eighteen months and was engaging in the most destructive behaviors associated with the disorder. As their programming helped Jack emerge from a place of isolation to a place of connection, Randy and Kim were relieved but not satisfied. Randy and Kim galvanized a group of volunteers, experts, and the community to start Turning Pointe Autism Foundation in order to create programming for more students.  Turning Pointe is dedicated to creating best practice learning environments to increase independence, and improve communication and socially appropriate behaviors for individuals on the spectrum. Turning Pointe strives to raise the quality of educational supports for children and young adults with autism.
