To make 1/2 gallon of our iced tea at home:
1. Add 3/4 oz of tea to your preferred tea strainer.
2. Heat 32 fl oz of water until it's just off the boil then add the tea strainer.
3. After 4 minutes, remove the tea strainer, add 32 fl oz more of icy-cold water to the hot tea liquid, then transfer to your preferred tea dispenser.
4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
